We did an awesome hike to the Red Cliffs. Ty had never been on a hike before so he was in heaven seeing all the trees, rocks and flowers. His new favorite thing right now is rocks (probably because we haven't finished our yard so there are thousands surrounding our house.) He kept picking up rocks, and then he would see a bigger and better one and run to that one. My favorite was when he saw the huge mountain rocks and tried to pick those up, too funny :)
All that walking around must have wiped him out! On the way back Ty wanted a shoulder ride on Papa and he got a little too comfortable and fell asleep.
We also found some time to ride on these babies! We took them down to the sand dunes and had a blast, well I did! I have to say I think I have found my new passion in life. I want four wheelers for Christmas!!
Sara's little boy was hilarious with four wheelers. Every time he heard a four wheeler he would come running out wanting a ride. Ty on the other hand was the exact opposite, he started running away. My little sensitive man didn't like the loud noise, but by the end of the trip I had him riding with me on my lap ...we just had to sing songs the whole time so he stayed happy.
There is nothing like having a big sister. We are complete opposites but still seem to have so much in common. I always love when she comes to Utah, but it never feels like its long enough. I am determined to get her living in Utah one day :) I am SO glad that I decided to go last second. Everyone had such a good time and wanted to stay longer. I hope one day we live closer to each other so we can have more memories like this one.
